As a matter of fact, registration is of particular importance for companies specializing in development and sales of medical products.
Registration of medical devices and drugs – is a serious legally regulated process usually taking much time and efforts on the part of a company. A reasonable and skilful registration requires a strong knowledge of Ukrainian laws and peculiarities of the registration procedure. This task is far from simple and easy. For instance, many companies typically experience problems and questions where a registration of medical devices or drugs requires elaboration, filing and providing of special documents.
In conformity with the currently effective applicable Ukrainian laws, such issues are under the control of the Ministry for Public Health of Ukraine.
