02.02.2018 sanitary and epidemiological control (including in the form of preliminary documentary control) are not subject to medical products, medical products for diagnosis in vitro and their auxiliary agents, as well as active implantable medical products that have passed the procedure for assessing compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. Reason: RESOLUTION OF CMU dated January 31, 2018, No. 44 "On Amendments to the Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 5, 2011 No. 1031 and May 25, 2016 No. 364"
